Many thanks to both the committee and the exhibitors for my warm welcome at the club show. I was pleased with my entry and had some quality dogs to judge – many thanks to all exhibitors for giving me this privilege. I found the quality very good with excellent temperaments.

1st LOUKA STARMAN (MISS K MALDEN)
19 month old boy with red ear markings, his head has good width but would prefer a little more profile. Small wicked eye and well placed ears. Correct front with tight tucked in elbows and good bend of stifle, moved well both ways.

1st MOSTAHBULL BOTH BARRELS (MR & MRS R & A THOMAS)
8 month well marked masculine tri boy. Sweeping profile with good width and correct mouth. Whilst his ears are well placed he doesn’t always use them, but when he does his expression is eye catching. Strong, straight front and tidy feet, short back for his size. Still a little loose on the move but i’m sure this will tighten as he matures. BP

1st AFANBULL GORGEOUS GEORGE (MR J SHEEHY)
14 month old ultra typey white boy with black ears. He isn’t the biggest of boys but is still masculine and very well balanced. Strong head with sweeping profile and enough fill, tiny eye and well placed ears which he uses well giving him a wicked expression. Correct front with tight elbows, super short back and good bend of stifle. He moves well with power and drive whilst holding his topline. Well handled RBD
2nd UKUSA HAYABUSA AT GROUNDWORX (MR & MISS C & N WEST & JONES)
Very different type to 1st, upstanding masculine white boy presented in beautiful condition. Strong powerful head with good expression, mouth is just off. Correct front with tight elbows and tidy feet, good bone for his size. Preferred his front movement to his back, he was a tad close behind but held his topline well.

1st OLYMPUSBULYS THOREN LUCK (MR J HARPER)
Big upstanding white boy who’s head is strong with good width, fill and profile, incorrect mouth. Long elegant neck and straight front. He tends to stand a little over stretched which can affect his topline. Good bend of stifle and well muscled quarters, moved freely but again lost his topline.
2nd DITON DIXIELAND WITH PUSISSANCE (MESDAMES M & C MARTIN & VANSTONE)
Different type to 1st, 2 year old white boy with tri coloured ear markings presented in beautiful condition. Gentle sweeping profile but lacking a little fill and his mouth is incorrect. Good straight front with tight elbows and tidy feet, short back and enough bone for his size. Moved well both ways but tended to carry his tail a tad high.

1st MOONFLOWER TUMEN OF KARMARA (IMP HUN) (MRS & MR R & T KARTA-WILLIAMS & WILLIAMS)
Substantial white boy presented in gleaming condition. Strong well filled head with super profile and correct mouth. His ears are not one of this boys strongest points, but for me his many other virtues far outweigh this one point. Long elegant neck into correct front with a strong forechest, his elbows are tucked in tight and nice tidy feet. Short back for his size with a good bend of stifle and well muscled quarters. He moved well with power and drive whilst holding his topline well, perfectly handled. BD
2nd NEVERLAND DEVILS OWN (MRS D Y GODSALL)
Beautifully presented red and white boy of 15 months, strong head with sweeping profile and fill, when focused and using his ears his expression is excellent. Incorrect mouth. Good straight front with tight elbows and neat tidy feet. Unfortunately today he was more than a handful for his owner and so was unable to fully assess his movement, despite perseverance, which was a shame as he is a quality boy.

1st LOUKA GONE RACIN schm (MISS E PULLEN)
Well marked 8 year old black brindle boy in great condition. Strong head with gentle sweeping profile, correct front, good bone and super short back. He moved well both ways and held his topline well. This old gent stole a piece of my heart as he laid his head on my lap whilst assessing him!
2nd LOUKA KOLOR KODED schm (MISS K MALDEN)
Black brindle and white of 7.5 years also in good condition. Head has good width and a gentle profile but is lacking a little fill. Long elegant neck and correct front, slightly long in back. Moved well both ways

Feminine 16 month old black brindle bitch presented in lovely condition. Strong sweeping profile with enough fill and correct mouth with good expression when she used her ears. Elegant neck, correct front and tight elbows with beautiful feet. Good bone for her size, would prefer a shorter back. Good bend of stifle with well muscled quarters, moved well both ways, a pretty girl.

10 month old red and white bitch with powerful head that has strong profile and good fill, correct mouth. She has an excellent, wicked expression when she is focused and using her ears. Still very young and needed time to settle. Good front and bone for her size with short back and good bend of stifle. Preferred her front movement to her rear, still very loose behind.

17 month old brindle girl. Strong sweeping profile with good fill, a little narrow in muzzle and mouth incorrect. Tiny eye and well used ears, long neck into a strong straight front with good forechest and tight elbows. Moved well both ways, would like to see her a couple of pounds lighter.
2nd NEVERLAND DEVILS DOZEN (MRS S J HADDOCK)
17 month old tri girl presented in beautiful condition and gleaming coat. Strong well filled head with enough profile, small dark eyes and well placed ears which she used well. Elegant neck and correct front with good feet and elbows, great bone and short back. She was full of beans and once her handler settled her enough to move whilst her front movement was good, she just wasn’t sound on her rear movement today, which was shame.

1st THE PIE N'MASH QUEEN (MRS J BRITNELL)
Feminine white girl, good head with enough profile and width but could have more fill, correct mouth. Long elegant neck into correct front, with good forechest and elbows, enough bone for her size and tidy feet. Good bend of stifle with well muscled quarters she moved beautifully both ways with power and drive, one of the best movers of the day.
2nd SPARTIATE DEVILS VISION (MR & MRS D A & S M HACKETT)
19 month old well marked tricoloured girl in lovely condition. Quite difficult to assess as she makes her handler work hard. Good head with enough profile but would prefer more fill, correct mouth, uses her ears well which are bang on top. Good strong bone, long neck, short back and good bend of stifle. Moved better behind than in front, close call for this class but just preferred the movement of the winner

White girl with black ears. Elegant head with strong profile and enough fill, muzzle could have more width. Correct mouth and well placed ears which she uses well. Correct neck into strong straight front, tight tucked in elbows, good bone and tidy feet. Good bend of stifle with well muscled quarters. Held her topline well on the move but was a little close behind. Well handled.

Another feminine girl in lovely condition, very typey. Pleasing head with good width, just didn’t have the profile of 1st. Neat well placed ears and tiny eyes give a super expression, incorrect mouth. Correct neck and good straight front, super short back. Moved well both ways holding her topline, well handled. RBB
