I would like to thank The West of England Bull Terrier Club committee for inviting me to judge their August Championship Show. Thank you also for giving me the chance to judge my first Challenge Certificate especially in these difficult times. A big thank you to all the exhibitors who entered under me. As we lived in Gloucester in the early years of showing Bull Terriers the W.E.B.T.C. and the Welsh B.T.C. were two of the earliest club shows we ever attended. This day bought back some very enjoyable memories. Thank you all.

White male with head markings, 10 month old. Heavy weight lad, broad head with fill under the eyes which had a beautiful turn. a good mouth. with nice and round strong bone. He moved okay. A young boy who will watch for in the ring BP RDCC
2nd AFANBULL RASTER BLASTER (MISS R SCOTT)
Coloured male, 11 months old. Smaller dog than 1st place male. Head that has turn would like more strength. his mouth was okay, a good topline and moved okay.

Brindle and white dog, 15 months old. He took my eye as soon as he walked in the ring. Beautiful head with power, with fill and a beautiful finish. A perfect mouth. He used his ears all the time which showed a lovely expression. He moved well both ways when he settled down. His muscle conformation was great, as was his condition. I was happy to give him C.C. He also give his handler a hard time DCC

Coloured male, brindle and white. A nice head that had turn and was filled. Good Mouth Nice bone and substance. a short back moved okay.

A white dog who didn’t really want to show today. Looking at him he could if he showed he could be nice dog.

Coloured male. A nice dog that showed and was handled well, he was in good condition. His head was nice with a good turn and finish. Good expression. Nice front and feet. Moved well.

Brindle & White dog. Nice head but could do with a bit more fill underneath the eyes. Good front but was a little long in back. Moved okay.

White male. Nice dog who is shown in great condition. lovely expression. Good head with fill and lovely finish. Ears were okay but were a little soft when he was on the move. Good bone and substance. he move okay both ways.

A red and white male 4 year old. I have seen this dog in the ring and I have always liked him. Good head, ears bang on top with good expression. Nicely constructed male with a good front, feet and bone. Good topline, moved well both ways. Mouth incorrect.

A white male who is 7 years old who was loving his day out, he is in great condition for an older fellow. he moved around the ring with ease

A Coloured bitch, she was bit difficult to assess as she gave her handler a hard time. Nice head, good bone for her size. nice feet, good bend of stifle, but could not judge her movement. she’s a nice bitch should take her to a few ring craft classes.

White Bitch with head markings. Hard to judge this girl, she wasn’t comfortable in the ring, but when she was standing she is a nice girl, nice head, lovely bone, but needs to loose a bit of weight

A coloured bitch smaller than 1st place A nice head with Fill a good turn, good front with nice bone. Short back moved correct both ways.

A good lay of shoulder and topline which she keeps while on the move, her movement was good both way she covered the ground beautifully. she was in good condition. while in the ring showing she did not take her eyes of her handler who did a great job she is a credit to them. Happy to give her the BCC BIS

A Red and white bitch, a heavy weight girl with a strong head really nice ear set, she has a perfect mouth. a good sound front She oozes lots of power, bone and substance. Good topline stood well four square. nice bend of stifle. She moved okay after settling down, she pushed for top honours
