I would like to thank the committee for asking me to judge the limit show, I was delighted with the overall quality and entries on the day, it was held at a new venue, which I thought was a great improvement, plenty of space for all the dogs to move and plenty of seats for everyone. The atmosphere on the day was great! Thanks again!
For the Best in Show my co judge and I were in complete agreement with the dog we both felt he was the complete package, he is a true Bull terrier and I am sure he will do very well in the future.
The Bitch went on to win Res Best In Show, again we were in complete agreement, then best puppy we both agreed to the dog as his overall substance and maturity won him over the bitch also a dog to watch.

1st ALAZARIN CARAMEL CRISP AT CHARISHALEE (MESSRS & MRS & MRS WANNOP & WILSON ) BP
11 month old white dog with good bone, Head has plenty of width turn and fill, correct ears though did not use them, keen eye and correct mouth. Strong neck onto big shoulders, with good ley of shoulder, short back and deep brisket, correct tail set, tidy feet, in good condition, moved ok for youngster.
2nd TILLEAH JESSEE JAMES (MISS LAURA SCOTT)
8 month old red and white lovely deep red and well marked, head has good turn and fill, good mouth ears ok, good reach of neck level topline longer back than 1 and not the maturity of 1, conditioned and handled well.

Red and white dog in good condition, head has good turn fill and enough width, correct bite. Ears on top which he used throughout the class, good reach of neck, strong front, good length of back, well angulated rear, good tail. moved and handled well.
2nd QUENTINHILL HELL FIRE (MR BARRIE JOYCE)
2 year old white dog with red eye patch with good substance, head has ok width and fill, mouth ok, wicked eye, strong neck, good front, tidy feet. good length of back, correct tail set, moved well.

Typy white dog with eye patch in great condition, good make and shape, Head has super long arcing profile but not exaggerated, plenty of fill and width, good eye and ears on top giving the best expression of the day which won him top honours. Good mouth. Good reach of neck on to strong shoulders, correct lay of shoulder, gun barrel front, short back roaching over loin, good bend of stifle and angulated rear. correct tail set, tidy feet. Moved well striding out and holding topline on the move. handled well. BD BIS
2nd DOFRO'S GHOST RIDER (MR PAUL CALDICOTT)
Big boned 16 month old white dog with black ears, head has width and ok fill, ears little soft. keen eye, mouth ok. strong shoulders, good front and tidy feet. handled and moved ok.

Well made typy white dog with ear mark, head has good profile width and fill, ears on top, mouth ok, good reach of neck into strong shoulders and good ley of shoulder, strong gun barrel front, tight feet, short level back, well bent stifle and angulated rear, correct tail set. good movement striding out handled well and his make and shape made him stand out in the class, moved and handled well, was my res best dog winner just lost out on overall quality of head and expression of best dog. RBD
2nd TULSADOOM KABUKIMONO (MR & MRS D & T WESTWOOD)
Dark brindle and white dog with bigger bone than 1 but preferred make and shape of winner, head has plenty of width and fill and ok turn. Bite correct. Strong shoulders, tidy feet, level topline but a little long cast, correct angulation at rear. In great condition, moved and handled well.

Another well made dog when settled, white with black ears. Head has good profile, plenty of width and fill, mouth ok, wicked eye good expression but not the best of ears, good front and tidy feet, good reach of neck and lay of shoulder, short back that is level, well bent stifle and angulated rear, correct tail set. Handled and moved well holding topline.

I would like to thank Notts and Derby District Bull Terrier Club for inviting me to judge the bitch classes at their 2016 Limit Show.
It was clear that the club had worked hard to make their new venue a real success, a first rate event impeccably organised, pleasing to find quality throughout giving some very genuine close decisions.
A big thank you to my stewards on the day for their excellent coordination of the classes and exhibits in working with two judges, all ran very smoothly.
As my co- judge, Shaun Mathison, has pointed out, we were in full agreement of the final overall placements.

Cracking girl, full of fire, a real handful but clearly a quality girl, hope her jockey can take the time to work with her as she matures. Correct mouth, plenty of down face with profile, finish and filled right up, small ears bang on top. Grand spring of rib, deep chest, tight elbows, short back, very well angulated with small tight feet. Hard to asses on the move, but all seemed in order! RBB

Good front and feet, big well rounded bone, deep chest, tight feet, Moved out well with drive, clearly enjoying her day. Still coming together
2nd DIKRAM RUN WITH THE DEVIL (MR & MRS M & D LITTLEFAIR)
Another close decision, Different to 1 with many great virtues, compact and short coupled, clearly showing the make of her father while remaining feminine. Head well filled with the best of finishes, ear placement spot on, nice reach into good shoulders , good top line and tail set which held on the move, well let down with plenty of angulation , deep chest with great spring of rib. Standing Parallel on good feet.
3rd BULLYSOUL LITTLE DARLING (MR & MRS S & K KETTLEBOROUGH)
