To be supercritical I would like more length & breadth of foreface, but all told this is a top class dog, easily taking DCC. |

A beautiful, strong, deep profiled head , showing very good underjaw, lovely dark, deep set, triangular eye giving lovely wicked, alive expression, used his ears well, good mouth, Has a lovely reach of neck leading into excellent body, showing a very topline, deep chest, good bone to legs and lovely cat feet, good tuck to loin & good bend of stifle. | BLACKPOOL | JAN DYKMA | OD | 1st | Black brindle dog of immense quality. Head is classically filled and turned with a smooth feel under the hand showing no dips or hollows. Bite is spot on. Could use a keener expression. Ears are well set on top of his head. This dog shines in body construction. Ramrod front and nice feet and decent fore chest when viewed from front. Side view shows upright pasterns and brisket well below elbows, which are nicely tucked in. Smooth neck flows into excellent shoulder assembly and leads to short back with a slight rise over the loin. Stifles well bent and turned with short hocks. Movement is excellent in all directions. He is a beautifully balanced dog and pushed very hard for the challenge certificate. RDCC |
