I would like to thank the committee for inviting me to judge my local Bull Terrier Club open show it was an honour. As usual this committee work well together and the show runs like a well oiled machine, I must also thank the expert steward Charles who made my experience much easier with his very skilled help. Most importantly I would like to thank the exhibitors for entering under me with such high quality dogs and bitches there were some very difficult decisions to be made and I’m sure a lot of these dogs will go on to receive top honours in the future. The breed excels in heads but my only concern was the weight of dogs some dogs are carrying too much weight and I fear people are confusing fat for substance

This was the hardest class of the day for me, all top quality dogs with my top 2 pushing each other hard for top spot
1st CLANSMANN AIR OF MENACE (MR & MS K & A JOWERS) BD BIS
17 months, brindle dog, big upstanding stunning dog with ample bone, beautiful head and ears, which he could be reluctant to use at times but when he did made for a stunning profile, good strong front leading to neat feet. Good neck leading to excellent shoulders, level topline, very strong rear and good tailset. Moved well front and rear once settled. Can’t wait to watch this dog progress as he matures BD, BCD, BOB,
2nd BLAZINBULLYS HEARTBREAKER (MR & MRS S & R MATHISON) RBD
14 months, white dog with ear markings, another big upstanding dog with an excellent head and punishing expression, good strong bone with nice feet, good front, neck and shoulders, loses topline slightly on the move and movement is hard to assess as is quite manic until he eventually settles into his stride, carries tail quite high. Shown in excellent condition as usual from this kennel. RBOB

23 months, white Dog. Smaller dog than those in JD, good front and feet, head lacks in strength and fill, good shoulders and short back, well-muscled rear. Movement initially a little erratic but then once in his stride moved well

1st KENZDUO BLACK BEAN AT DUKERLINE (MISS J THOMAS)
3 years, black brindle dog, I have judged this dog before and he is now fully mature, he has a power packed head and a wicked expression, strong front with excellent feet, great shoulders and short back excellent bend of stifle his movement has improved greatly as he can prove to be a handful for his owner.
2nd CIVERT BORDER REIVER (MRS & MISS J & V HEDGES)
22 months, brindle dog, this dog has a powerpacked head with a wicked expression and good ear set, he has ample bone and is of good overall make and shape, moved well although front movement was not his virtue. Handled well.

9 year, white bitch who loves the attention and treats that come with being a veteran, made it up and down the mat, with tail wagging all of the time, bull type bitch with pleasing head, her picture would improve with less weight but overall enjoyed her time in the spotlight. BV

4 months, white bitch with red ear, a beautiful, confident puppy enjoying herself in the ring, beautiful head and ears, teeth look to be coming through well, has very good bone while still looking feminine, eventually moved well once in her small stride will watch this little bitch grow with pleasure.

11 months, white bitch, beautiful feminine bitch with lots of promise in excellent condition, powerful head with punishing expression, has ample bone for a bitch of her age. Nice tight feet, strong front leading to excellent shoulders and topline which was level when moving although would benefit from moving slightly faster. Strong rear, good tail set and adequate bend of stifle, When stood correctly paints the perfect picture definitely one to watch. BP BB BOS
2nd KIRKVILLE BUSHIDO (MR M YOUNG)
11 months, white bitch, unfortunate to meet 1 today as another nice bitch with lots of potential, proved a bit of a handful, feminine bitch with good head and ears, nice feet, front, well laid shoulder and good topline. Not in same perfect condition as 1.

1st JANINEABULLZ FROZEN ELSA (MISS J MCMASTER)
13 months, White bitch with ear and eye markings, strong head with wicked expression tiny eye and ears well set. Strong straight front leading to tight feet, good shoulder and short back, carried tail highly, carrying a little too much weight, movement was erratic to start but she does get into her stride eventually and moves ok, liked this bitches overall make and shape, movement will come with time and practice. Also presented in excellent condition
2nd VILLENSIA VISAGE (MR A BERRY)
17 months, White bitch, pretty bitch with slightly lighter bone, has a nice head but would prefer more depth, everything is in proportion, she is a nice make and shape. Seemed a little lethargic on the move today, unfortunate to meet 1.

22 months, brindle bitch, Feminine bitch of good make and shape, everything in proportion, Beautiful head, mouth fault. Good straight front, short back, level topline, moved slightly close behind, well handled.
2nd SPARTIATE DREAM WEAVER (MR & MRS D A & S M HACKETT)
26 months, tricolour bitch, Large masculine type bitch, long sweeping profile that lacks a little fill, not keen to show mouth, ample bone for size, longer cast than 1 movement erratic initially made her handler work hard.

Ample bone very good front, shoulders, short back level topline, lacks drive on the move and seemed a little lethargic, saying that this bitch is in perfect condition and pushed hard for BB

2 year, white bitch, larger bitch than 1, nice head and expression, ample bone, good front and shoulders. Carrying too much weight and out of condition. Moved well

2½ years, black brindle bitch, this a beautiful bitch handled and presented to a very high quality, she has a nice head but would prefer more depth, beautiful front and feet, good shoulders leading to a short back, holds her topline well on the move but just lacks drive and enthusiasm. Strong rear quarters and excellent bend of stifle.
2nd RAMSURE'S WHITE ORCHID (MR & MISS K & N RAMSHAW)
4½ years, white bitch, Enjoying herself in the ring, nice feminine head but unfortunately has a haematoma on her ear, nice shoulders and topline, slightly underweight. Moved well and showed well.

3½ years, white bitch with ear marking, feminine bitch with a feminine head, nice feet and front very short back and level topline held well on the move, strong rear movement if a little lethargic, if more animated would have pushed the younger bitches for top spot.

I would like to send my sincere thanks to the committee who run a super friendly show. I was very pleased with the quality of dogs which I had to judge and the exhibitors for giving me the honour of offering my judgment on them. Mouths on the whole were good with no concerns which effected my placings.

1st VETSBULLIES KILLER QUEEN (DRS O A & L C GALLA) RBB
Beautiful feminine bitch with a lovely head, gentle curve, correctly set ears with a small dark eye which are well set. Giving her a super expression. Long arched neck into well placed shoulders, great depth and breadth of chest and rib. Good fore chest, with good front and tight elbows with a lovey body, good angulation and moved correctly from viewed from the front and back. A special note must be made of this veteran’s handler who treated her charge with kindness and respect. Her handling skills are superb for one so young. Our breed is in great hands if this young lady is anything to go by.
2nd SERENBULL BACK TO BLACK AT CIVERT (MRS & MISS J & V HEDGES)
Not quite the outline of the first however she does have a few years on her. She still maintains a feminine outline and was keen to show for her handler. Moved okay

Outstanding masculine dog with a superb outline and although a young boy he possesses all the attributes you would want to see at this stage. Long strong head with plenty of curve and fill. Correct ear and eye set which are dark and small giving a wicked expression. Strength in underjaw with a strong neck leading into well placed shoulders. Deep and wide in chest, good straight front with lovely round bone and neat feet. Compact body with a developed rib. Good angulations which allowed for a sound typical movement holding a good topline and tail set. Best In Show & Best Puppy in Show

Handsome dog with a super head and lovely dark eye which is correctly set and well-placed ears giving a great expression. Good length in neck, with developing fore chest. Slightly weak on the pasterns and a little long in the back. Good angulations and tail set moved well.

Compact Dog with a super outline would like more fill however has a super dark eye and lovely small well-placed ears. Good width in chest, into shoulders which provided a good straight front. Ample chest and rib with a short back and super rear angulation. Moved okay
2nd CIVERT BORDER REIVER (MRS & MISS J & V HEDGES)
There is no doubting this dog is a male with his masculine appearance. Good head with plenty of width and fill. He is of a larger and long cast than the first and not quite the finish. Moved okay

This dog pushed really hard for Best Dog but was unfortunate today to meet the puppy winner. He is masculine throughout without being course. A super head with a beautiful gentle curve and fill, he has a super expression given by his correctly placed dark eye and small ears which are well set. Strong neck with well-placed shoulders and super depth and breadth of chest. Super muscled body and good angulations. He moved beautifully once settled however Sadly he would not settle on his movement in the challenge.

Pretty young bitch who is developing well for her age. Good, shaped head with a dark eye which is well set. Would prefer a higher ear set. Good front with lovely round bone, ample fore chest at this stage and good straight front. Compact in body and good rear angulation, moved okay but appeared a little overwhelmed today.

First time out for this feminine girl today which she took in her stride with a patient handler. I was very pleased with the quality of dogs which I had to judge and the exhibitors for giving me the honour of offering my judgment on them. Beautiful feminine bitch with a lovely head, gentle curve, correctly set ears with a small dark eye which are well set. Giving her a super expression. Long arched neck into well placed shoulders, great depth and breadth of chest and rib. Good fore chest, with good front and tight elbows with a lovey body, good angulation and moved correctly from viewed from the front and back. A special note must be made of this veteran’s handler who treated her charge with kindness and respect. Her handling skills are superb for one so young. Our breed is in great hands if this young lady is anything to go by.
2nd SERENBULL BACK TO BLACK AT CIVERT (MRS & MISS J & V HEDGES)
Not quite the outline of the first however she does have a few years on her. She still maintains a feminine outline and was keen to show for her handler. Moved okay

Correct ear and eye set which are dark and small giving a wicked expression. Strength in underjaw with a strong neck leading into well placed shoulders. Deep and wide in chest, good straight front with lovely round bone and neat feet. Compact body with a developed rib. Good angulations which allowed for a sound typical movement holding a good topline and tail set. Best In Show & Best Puppy in Show

Handsome dog with a super head and lovely dark eye which is correctly set and well-placed ears giving a great expression. Good length in neck, with developing fore chest. Slightly weak on the pasterns and a little long in the back. Good angulations and tail set moved well.

There is no doubting this dog is a male with his masculine appearance. Good head with plenty of width and fill. He is of a larger and long cast than the first and not quite the finish. Moved okay

This dog pushed really hard for Best Dog but was unfortunate today to meet the puppy winner. He is masculine throughout without being course. A super head with a beautiful gentle curve and fill, he has a super expression given by his correctly placed dark eye and small ears which are well set. Strong neck with well-placed shoulders and super depth and breadth of chest. Super muscled body and good angulations. He moved beautifully once settled however Sadly he would not settle on his movement in the challenge.

In excellent condition and a real gentleman who certainly does not show his age. Delighted to award him RBD and BV.

A touch erratic in movement, being quite obstinate for his handler. Seemingly close behind but better coming.

Short coupled with well set tail. A touch straight in stifle. Movement quite loose coming and going. A well schooled boy, very much in tune with his handler.

Excellent front, with deep and prominent forechest. Plenty of bone and substance with a strong, well muscled second thigh. Level topline with tail well set and carried horizontally. When settled he covered the ground well, parallel both ways. A very well balanced male with real devilment about his personality. Pleased to award him BD and BOS

3 year old white dog. Mismark on croup. A solid, masculine head, small eye and ear. Plenty of round bone and substance. Powerful in body. Excellent front, with a prominent sternum. 5 month white bitch. A very raw puppy. Long head, needing a little more fill. Good mouth. Short body, and firm in topline. Quite leggy at this stage and touch long in hock. She was full of happiness and puppy play. Very bouncy on the move, making her a little difficult to assess. Needs time to develop yet. Very much enjoying her day as she was just so happy to be in the ring!
2nd RIGHTSTUFF POCKET ROCKET (MR & MRS C & J WRIGHT)
4 month old brindle and white. She caught my eye as she came into the ring. Incredible head, well filled and a sweeping profile. Perfect mouth. Ears on top. She stood four square, with plenty of bone and substance at such a young age. A real shame that she spooked in the ring, gave her time to settle but sadly she was over-awed with the whole affair and did not want to move at all no matter how much coaxing. Will be watching her with interest as I think she has plenty of potential.

She has a real class about her. Considered her for the RBB but just missed out on maturity for me. BP

11 months Black Brindle in excellent glossy jacket. Head long, could do with a touch more fill under the eye. A gentle profile and piercing expression. Used her ears well at all times. A touch upright in shoulder. Well sprung ribs, and a level topline with good tail set. Touch straight in stifle, well developed second thigh. Moved better coming than going, close in rear.

21 month black brindle dog. Presented in immaculate condition. Head well filled and gentle profile with a small, piercing eye. Correct mouth. Good round bone but tends to turn his feet out. Short coupled with well set tail. A touch straight in stifle. Movement quite loose coming and going. A well schooled boy, very much in tune with his handler.

3 year old black brindle and white. Full of character! Masculine head, well filled with a sweeping profile. Tiny ears well placed and used non stop. One canine instanding. Excellent front, with deep and prominent forechest. Plenty of bone and substance with a strong, well muscled second thigh. Level topline with tail well set and carried horizontally. When settled he covered the ground well, parallel both ways. A very well balanced male with real devilment about his personality. Pleased to award him BD and BOS

3 year old white dog. Mismark on croup. A solid, masculine head, small eye and ear. Plenty of round bone and substance. Powerful in body. Excellent front, with a prominent sternum. Short backed with well sprung ribs. Tail well set and held correctly at all times. Movement close behind and a touch loose in front. Held his topline well.

Good topline, with correct slight rise over his well muscled loins. Moved parallel both ways, effortless and light on his feet.

5 month white bitch. A very raw puppy. Long head, needing a little more fill. Good mouth. Short body, and firm in topline. Quite leggy at this stage and touch long in hock. She was full of happiness and puppy play. Very bouncy on the move, making her a little difficult to assess. Needs time to develop yet. Very much enjoying her day as she was just so happy to be in the ring!
2nd RIGHTSTUFF POCKET ROCKET (MR & MRS C & J WRIGHT)
4 month old brindle and white. She caught my eye as she came into the ring. Incredible head, well filled and a sweeping profile. Perfect mouth. Ears on top. She stood four square, with plenty of bone and substance at such a young age. A real shame that she spooked in the ring, gave her time to settle but sadly she was over-awed with the whole affair and did not want to move at all no matter how much coaxing. Will be watching her with interest as I think she has plenty of potential.

She has a real class about her. Considered her for the RBB but just missed out on maturity for me. BP

11 months Black Brindle in excellent glossy jacket. Head long, could do with a touch more fill under the eye. A gentle profile and piercing expression. Used her ears well at all times. A touch upright in shoulder. Well sprung ribs, and a level topline with good tail set. Touch straight in stifle, well developed second thigh. Moved better coming than going, close in rear.

In hardened condition with muscled shoulders and a strong second thigh. Presents a classic outline with level topline that he holds on the move. Small ears well set and framing her headpiece. Correct scissor bite, one tight canine. Straight front, deep prominent forechest, well off for bone and substance. Small neat feet. In hardened condition with well muscled shoulders, well sprung ribs, short cobby body and well developed second thigh. On the move she was a touch erratic but when settled, she moved parallel and with drive, Full of cheeky character. When stood, she looked a picture of elegance and strength. Dark eye that is a little kind, small ears set a touch wide apart. Mouth fault. Straight front, well tucked in elbows and with a deep brisket. Well sprung ribs and a heavy set body. Correct slight roach over her loins. Good bend of stifle, second thigh a little soft. On the move she holds her topline well, moving in unison with her handler. A touch close behind. Has a tendency to hold her tail quite high. She is a very well balanced bitch, short and cobby with plenty of bone and substance about her. RBB

Movement ok, a little unsettled, parallel going but a touch close coming. Happy and outgoing in temperament. BP

I had a great entry of 41 dogs with only a few being absent on the day. Sizes generally were here and there, but thankfully everyone was balanced which is the main thing. All were shown in good condition. One thing to point out is, bad fronts. As breeders, we really need to work on these. There were quite a few dogs who had little to no forechest at all. Things like this can happen when you miniaturise anything, but I feel it’s something we should all be striving to improve. You only needed to look at the Bull Terriers that were there to see the difference
My overall winners were top quality dogs – from the puppy, up to the veteran. With a few more nice dogs just missing out in top spots

6½ month old solid white dog. Flash little dog and very well put together for such a young age. Lovely egg shaped head with width, fill and a gentle profile. Tiny eyes giving a piercing expression. Ears bang on top. Perfect mouth. Good reach of neck giving nice short back. Strong rear propelling his good movement. Under the measure. Good bone and substance for size. Loved his time in the ring. Another young white boy who is also flash and well made for his age. Very similar in type to 1ST – strong egg shaped head with width and fill, he has a slightly better profile. His bite is just off level with correct canines. Small eyes giving amazing expression. Very close call between the two, could be reversed places on another day. He just stood a bit bum high compared to 1ST, should level out as he matures though.

Powerful head that has width, fill, profile and a strong underjaw. Good reach of neck into short back. Would prefer a bit more forechest. Good spring of rib. Strong rear and good bend of stifle. Thank you to The Bull Terrier Club for inviting me to judge at this special show, it was an honour to be invited. Thanks to my stewards for keeping everything running smoothly. And lastly, thanks to everyone who entered under me, it’s very much appreciated
I had a great entry of 41 dogs with only a few being absent on the day. Sizes generally were here and there, but thankfully everyone was balanced which is the main thing. All were shown in good condition. One thing to point out is, bad fronts. As breeders, we really need to work on these. There were quite a few dogs who had little to no forechest at all. Things like this can happen when you miniaturise anything, but I feel it’s something we should all be striving to improve. You only needed to look at the Bull Terriers that were there to see the difference
My overall winners were top quality dogs – from the puppy, up to the veteran. With a few more nice dogs just missing out in top spots

6½ month old solid white dog. Flash little dog and very well put together for such a young age. Lovely egg shaped head with width, fill and a gentle profile. Tiny eyes giving a piercing expression. Ears bang on top. Perfect mouth. Good reach of neck giving nice short back. Strong rear propelling his good movement. Under the measure. Good bone and substance for size. Loved his time in the ring. Considered him for RBD. Hopefully he has a bright future! BPD & BPIB

Another young white boy who is also flash and well made for his age. Very similar in type to 1ST – strong egg shaped head with width and fill, he has a slightly better profile. His bite is just off level with correct canines. Small eyes giving amazing expression. Very close call between the two, could be reversed places on another day. He just stood a bit bum high compared to 1ST, should level out as he matures though.

3½ year old solid black brindle bull type male. I judged this boy a few years ago, giving him BIS at the MBTC, and he looks even better now with maturity. Powerful head that has width, fill, profile and a strong underjaw. Good reach of neck into short back. Would prefer a bit more forechest. Good spring of rib. Strong rear and good bend of stifle. 17 month old, brindle and white. Typey and masculine. Excellent, strong head. Well turned, deep, with good width and fill. Very well placed ears and eye give a good expression. Excellent conformation and angulation all through. Very good shoulder, upper-arm and forechest. In hard, fit condition with good muscling. I would like a few more pounds on for the showring. Still to body-up a bit. Showed well, at one with his handler. Pleased to award him RDB. Pushed hard for RBIS.

Head is long with good profile, finish and underjaw. Would just like a bit more width and power. Good tail set and carriage. Fun-loving spirit, as required, but was playing up for his handler. Needs more ring training and time to mature.

Fawn and white boy. Was a bit nervy, but pleasant temperament. Broad chest and deep brisket. Correct rear angulation. Head is plain, would like more width and fill.

Good width and excellent fill. Perfect mouth. Eyes and ears very well-placed. His markings may deceive, but he has an excellent forehand. Muscular and arched neck into well-laid shoulders. Broad chest and straight front, into good feet. Powerful rear-end. He moved like a train. Completely parallel. I could have watched him go up and down the mat all day. Very pleased to award him BD & BIS.

Black brindle and white, almost 3 years old. His wicked expression caught my eye immediately – very intelligent and devious. Long head with lovely sweeping profile. Good muzzle depth. Decent width and fill also. Mouth fault. Muscular neck, good shoulder, upper arm and forechest. Would like stronger pasterns, but his feet are good. Movement was a bit erratic, but great Bull Terrier spirit, was full of himself.

Brindle and white, 8 months old. Lovely feminine head. Good profile and fill. Good substance for her age and nice round bone. Good reach of neck. Back is a bit long, would like her shorter for balance. Good rear angulation. Her maturity and substance won her this class. And her perfect mouth and head profile secured her Best Coloured Bitch.
2nd AJAYDENBULL RHYTHM RIDER (MR & MRS K P & S P PRESTON)
All white bitch, just turned 6 months. Beautiful feminine baby with lovely quality. Well made and very well balanced. Pretty head and sharp expression with her tiny eyes and ears bang on top. I look forward to seeing her when mature.

Very well balanced. Stands foursquare. Ok for bone. Needs to body up and mature. Her gay tail did detract a bit, but her outstanding expression and perfect mouth was more than enough to win her BP.

11 months, red and white. Very mature for her age. Feminine head has good length, gentle profile and well finished. Mouth fault. Tiny, well-placed and deep-set, black eyes make for a good expression. Nice round bone and good substance. A little bit loose underneath from probably her first season. Moved well up the mat.

A mention for this 7 month old baby. Lovely quality, very pretty girl. Full of herself. Would have fared better in the Minor Puppy class.

Personally, I would like just a bit more strength of head. Small, dark eye and well-placed ears give good expression. Excellent forehand. Lovely straight front into strong pasterns and tight feet. Good bone and substance. Short back, correct topline and tailset. Correct rear angulation. She moved beautifully up and down the mat, coming and going. She was a bit shy and unsure of herself. If only she knew how beautiful she is and showed off at all times. However, she had more than enough quality to take BB, BOS and RBIS.

Good mouth. Small eye and ear, with a keen expression. Great temperament, full of beans and showed herself well. Very well handled. Long muscular neck into decent shoulder. Broad chest, straight front, good pasterns and feet. Strong bone. She is long in the back. Well-set tail and correct rear angulation. Could make a very useful brood bitch. In a lineup full of quality, feminine bitches, her overall power stood out and her outstanding virtues won her RBB.

Black brindle and white, 2 years old. Mature bitch with good bone and substance. Excellent condition, with glossy black coat. Sweet, laidback temperament. Would prefer more spirit and animation. Head has good width and adequate fill, but needs more turn and strength. Muscular neck, deep brisket and lovely straight front. Tight pasterns and feet. Good tailset. Would like more bend of stifle.

I didn’t get to see her mouth as I didn’t want to upset her. Shapely girl, with lovely lines. Deep brisket, good shoulder, short back. Stood foursquare. Had the quality to have done very well today. I’d love to see her another day. Hopefully she’ll come good.

Lovely happy temperament and showed herself very well today. Considered her for RBB.

A tricky class. Two very different bitches.
1st. JAVARKE SILVER SEA (MRS J JOHNSON)
Brindle and white, 8 months old. Lovely feminine head. Good profile and fill. Good substance for her age and nice round bone. Good reach of neck. Back is a bit long, would like her shorter for balance. Good rear angulation. Her maturity and substance won her this class. And her perfect mouth and head profile secured her Best Coloured Bitch.
2nd AJAYDENBULL RHYTHM RIDER (MR & MRS K P & S P PRESTON)
All white bitch, just turned 6 months. Beautiful feminine baby with lovely quality. Well made and very well balanced. Pretty head and sharp expression with her tiny eyes and ears bang on top. I look forward to seeing her when mature.

White with brindle head marks. 8 months old. Very showy temperament. Lovely feminine head with excellent fill. Good profile and finish. Perfect eyes and ears give a wicked expression. Very well balanced. Stands foursquare. Ok for bone. Needs to body up and mature. Her gay tail did detract a bit, but her outstanding expression and perfect mouth was more than enough to win her BP.
2nd. SERENBULL SOUL ASTRID (MISS & MR A & P GARDNER & PATTERSON)
11 months, red and white. Very mature for her age. Feminine head has good length, gentle profile and well finished. Mouth fault. Tiny, well-placed and deep-set, black eyes make for a good expression. Nice round bone and good substance. A little bit loose underneath from probably her first season. Moved well up the mat.
3rd. ISLASONBULLS PATIENCE (MR & MRS E & L ROBINSON)
A mention for this 7 month old baby. Lovely quality, very pretty girl. Full of herself. Would have fared better in the Minor Puppy class.

White with brindle ear. Another quality girl. 13 months old. Good head, lovely gentle profile with excellent finish. Good depth and underjaw. Decent width and fill. Small, black, well-placed eyes. Would like smaller ears. Lovely make and shape all through. Excellent shoulder and forechest, short back and correct tailset. Well handled. I really liked her. She looked lovely in the lineup. I look forward to seeing her again.

White with tricolour ear. Beautiful, typey bitch. 18 months. Very well made, with beautiful shapely lines and femininity. Head has good length and gentle profile. Well-filled. Good mouth. Personally, I would like just a bit more strength of head. Small, dark eye and well-placed ears give good expression. Excellent forehand. Lovely straight front into strong pasterns and tight feet. Good bone and substance. Short back, correct topline and tailset. Correct rear angulation. She moved beautifully up and down the mat, coming and going. She was a bit shy and unsure of herself. If only she knew how beautiful she is and showed off at all times. However, she had more than enough quality to take BB, BOS and RBIS.

19 month old, white with brindle ear. Big, strapping, heavyweight bitch. Powerful head with excellent width and filled right up. Good length, depth and underjaw. Would like a touch more profile. Good mouth. Small eye and ear, with a keen expression. Great temperament, full of beans and showed herself well. Very well handled. Long muscular neck into decent shoulder. Broad chest, straight front, good pasterns and feet. Strong bone. She is long in the back. Well-set tail and correct rear angulation. Could make a very useful brood bitch. In a lineup full of quality, feminine bitches, her overall power stood out and her outstanding virtues won her RBB.
2nd. JAVARKE GALADRIEL AT ADRELLBULZ (MISS L M DAVISON)
Black brindle and white, 2 years old. Mature bitch with good bone and substance. Excellent condition, with glossy black coat. Sweet, laidback temperament. Would prefer more spirit and animation. Head has good width and adequate fill, but needs more turn and strength. Muscular neck, deep brisket and lovely straight front. Tight pasterns and feet. Good tailset. Would like more bend of stifle.

White with brindle ear, 19 months old. Beautiful, typey bitch, who unfortunately was not enjoying herself and didn’t want to show. Gorgeous feminine head. I didn’t get to see her mouth as I didn’t want to upset her. Shapely girl, with lovely lines. Deep brisket, good shoulder, short back. Stood foursquare. Had the quality to have done very well today. I’d love to see her another day. Hopefully she’ll come good.

White with tricolour ear. Fully mature at 3 years old. Lovely head with gentle profile and well finished. Decent width and fill. Excellent eye and ears bang on top give a good expression. She’s well-made, with a muscular neck into good shoulder. Broad chest, straight front with elbows tucked in, deep brisket. Short back and strong rear-end. Her topline just falls away a bit. Lovely happy temperament and showed herself very well today. Considered her for RBB.
